Sewer Bill Payment

View current rate information and FAQs on our sewer pages. City of Reno Sewer Bills may be paid in the following ways:

Pay Online
For your convenience - pay sewer bills online.

Pay in Person
Visit City Hall on the 2nd floor at One E. First Street between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Hours changing to 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. starting March 1) For your convenience, a payment drop box is also located at the City Hall entrance off of First Street.

Mail in Payment
Mail a personal check, money order or cashiers check made payable to City of Reno, to the City of Reno, Attn: Sewer Bills, PO Box 1900, Reno, NV 89505.

Note: If you believe that there has been an error in the amount listed on your bill, please contact our Sewer Billing Office at 775-334-2095. Please have your bill available when you call so our customer service representatives can assist you.

Late Payments
A 15% penalty will be charged against all delinquent accounts not received by the due date. Any unpaid sewer fee charges and penalties accrued thereon shall constitute a lien being filed against the property serviced, pursuant to Reno Municipal Code Section 12.16.440.
